Award a Sole Source Agreement to Siemens Industry, Inc. for Ongoing Building Automation and Maintenance, Including Unforeseen Urgent Repairs, in an Amount Not-To-Exceed $250,000 Over Three (3) Years It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Award a Sole Source Agreement to Siemens Industry, Inc. (“Siemens”) for ongoing building automation and maintenance at various City facilities in an amount not to exceed $130,000 for a three-year period effective July 1, 2023; 2) Authorize Siemens Industry, Inc. (“Siemens”) to perform additional urgent building automation repairs at various City facilities on an as-needed basis in an amount not to exceed $120,000 for a three-year period effective July 1, 2023; and 3) Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement with Siemens and any subsequent documents or amendments, subject to approval by the City Attorney. 23.
