D. PUBLIC COMMENT: 1. At this time, the general public is invited to address the Cultural Arts Commission concerning any items that are not listed on the agenda, which are not public hearings, or other items under the jurisdiction of the Cultural Arts Commission. Comments from the public of any non agenda items will be limited to three (3) minutes in accordance with City policy. 2. Any applicant or member of the public wishing to speak on any item that is listed on the agenda is requested to adhere to the following protocol procedures/guidelines: a) When called upon, the person shall state his /her name and address for the record, and, if speaking for an organization or other group, identify the organization or group represented. Whenever any group of persons wishes to address the Cultural Arts Commission on the same subject matter, the Chairperson may, at his /her discretion, request that the group choose a spokesperson to address the Commission. PUBLIC HEARING: G. OLD BUSINESS: 1. Strategic Planning Staff recommends Commission review and approve the Final Draft 2020-2025 Action Plan. Investment Priority List (Fall 2020-Summer 2021) Staff recommends Commission approve Investment Priority List (Fall 2020-Summer 2021), per CAC 2020-2025 Action Plan Goal #1, Action 1.1. Attachments: Investment Priority List (Fall 2020-Summer 2021) H. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Paint a Utility Box Program Staff will facilitate an initial discussion on establishing a Paint a Utility Box Program, per Goal #1, Action 1.4 of CAC 2020-2025 Action Plan. 2. In-Lieu Fund and Activate Pomona Staff will facilitate a discussion on opportunities for in-lieu fund investments in local artists to support projects permitted through Activate Pomona.
