At this time, the general public is invited to address the Cultural Arts Commission concerning any items that are not listed on the agenda, which are not public hearings, or other items under the jurisdiction of the Cultural Arts Commission. Comments from the public of any nonagenda items will be limited to three (3) minutes in accordance with City policy. 2. Discussion: Draft Call for Artists & Formation of Ad-Hoc Release Committee Staff will share a draft of the Call for Artists and request formation of an ad -hoc committee to aid in the release of the call. 2. Discussion: Alleyway on Hamilton and First Street Staff will facilitate a discussion on potential for public artwork at this location. I.
