No. as listed on the Abstract of Unaudited vouchers for the Sewer Fund for $503.02 RESOLUTIONS FOR APPROVAL: 1. Resolution approving SEQR determination on proposed Local Law to amend Chapter 62 of the Village Code entitled “Water. Increasing the water rate from $4.10/100 cf to $4.64/100cf 2. Resolution approving Local Law 3-2018 amending Chapter 62 of the Village Code entitled “Water. Increasing the water rate from $4.10/100 cf to $4.64/100cf 3. Resolution authorizing the Village Clerk/Tax Collector to file the Unpaid Village taxes with Broome County on November 1, 2018. ADJOURNMENT  VILLAGE OF PORT DICKINSON RESOLUTION APPROVING LOCAL LAW NO. 3-2018 WHEREAS, a resolution was duly adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Port Dickinson for a public hearing to be held by the Village Board at Port Dickinson Village Hall, 786 Chenango Street in said Village, on October 23, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. to hear all interested parties on a proposed local law entitled “A Local Law Amending Chapter 62 of the Village Code entitled ‘Water’”; and WHEREAS, notice of said public hearing was duly advertised in the Press & Sun-Bulletin, the official newspaper of the Village, and posted on the Village Clerk’s signboard; and WHEREAS, said public hearing was duly held at Port Dickinson Village Hall at 5:00 p.m. on October 23, 2018, and all parties in attendance were permitted an opportunity to speak on behalf of or in opposition to said proposed Local Law or any part thereof; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Part 617 of the implementing regulations of the State Environmental Quality Review Act, it has been determined by the Village Board that adoption of the proposed Local Law constitutes an Unlisted Action as defined under said regulations. The Village Board has considered the possible environmental impacts of the Local Law. The adoption of said Local Law will not have a significant adverse impact on the environment and the Village Board adopts a negative declaration with respect to the Local Law; and WHEREAS, the Village Board, after due deliberation, finds it in the best interest of the Village to adopt said local law. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Port Dickinson hereby adopts said local law as Local Law No. 3-2018 entitled “A Local Law Amending Chapter 62 of the Village Code entitled ‘Water’” a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof; and it is further RESOLVED that the Village Clerk be and hereby is directed to enter said Local Law in the minutes of this meeting and to enter said Local Law in the Local Law Book of the Village of Port Dickinson, and to give due notice of the adoption of said Local Law to the Secretary of State; and it is further RESOLVED that this resolution will take effect immediately. Fox, do hereby certify that I am the Village Clerk of the Village of Port Dickinson and that the foregoing constitutes a true, correct and complete copy of a resolution duly adopted by the Village Board of the Village of Port Dickinson at a meeting thereof held at Port Dickinson Village Hall, 786 Chenango Street, Binghamton, New York on the 23rd day of October, 2018.
