No. as listed on the Abstract of Unaudited vouchers for the General Fund for $13,860.00 2. No. as listed on the Abstract of Unaudited vouchers for the Water Fund for $5,412.38 3. No. as listed on the Abstract of Unaudited vouchers for the Sewer Fund for $5,766.91 COMMUNICATIONS: COMMITTEE REPORTS: Administration/Code Enforcement/Community Association – James DeGennaro, Trustee Planning Board – Parks/Public Works – Charles Harding, Trustee Public Safety – Michael Cashman, Trustee The Port Dickinson Fire Department responded to 18 calls for assistance, 5 medical calls and 13 Fire calls, mutual aid was given 12 times and was received 3, we had 7 calls in the Village of Port Dickinson 2 calls in the Town of Dickinson, 8 calls in the Town of Fenton and 1 in the Town of Kirkwood. The Fire Department offered 56 man hours of training. The Port Dickinson Police Department responded to 96 calls for assistance, gave mutual aid 6 times, they wrote 15 Traffic Tickets 2 Parking tickets made 1 Arrest criminal contempt. Water/Sewer – Robert Aagre, Trustee 1. A new fire hydrant was installed in front of 750 Chenango Street. The old hydrant, no longer able to be repaired and located several feet to the North, will be removed when the new Chenango Street water main is installed. 2. The Water Operator's License application process is underway for Josh Maris in our DPW and is expected to be completed by the end of the month. It is then sent to Albany for the necessary NYS approvals before becoming valid. 3. No major water breaks in the past month, all pumps and lift stations operating smoothly.
