All water and sewer systems are functioning normally, with no problems. 2. We are getting additional estimates for preventive maintenance improvements to the Perkins Ave Sewer Lift Station, the last of the 5 sewer pump stations to receive upgrades. 3. We have been successful in reducing the percentage of the more expensive Binghamton City water use (as compared to Fenton water) from 12.5% in August to 2.25% in October.
