Joel Kie has graciously trucked his over for years and Joel Troutman has also brought in his own to use. Billy Goat Walk Behind Leaf Blower was ordered for $2,350.99 Water/Sewer: Continuing with legal process on Curb Box Damage and the water meter refusal installation, Perkins Ave pumping station cover proposal $14,900.00 We need to replace the cover before it falls in and breaks pumps and or hurts our Maintenance guys. At the same time they will repair the electrical piping and junction box. 2 Watson Ave repair is in the process of having a FEMA grant application drawn up right now Joe is in agreement that that work can hold off till spring. 469 remote meters installed (79%), 121 remaining (21%). 1 Account was shutoff for non-payment on 11/1/2021. 6 additional accounts have been notified of Current outstanding water/sewer arrears: $6554.62 (not including the account that is making quarterly payments.) Zoning Board of Appeals – none OLD BUSINESS: RESOLUTIONS FOR APPROVAL: 1. Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign an agreement with NYSEG regarding s claims for Municipal Tax on gross revenue from transactions. 2. Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign an agreement with Strategic Development Specialists LLC for $5000 for grant writing and application for funding through NYS Dept of Homeland Security/FEMA. 3. Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign an agreement with Vacri Construction Corp for $14,900 for installation of a concrete cover and aluminum access hatch at the Perkins Ave pump station. 4. Resolution authorizing the Village Clerk to file the unpaid 2021-2022 taxes with Broome County Office of Management and Budget.
