This amendment addresses the proposed temporary marketing signage that is to be located along Crosstown Parkway and Village Boulevard and updates the general requirements of the Master Sign Program for clarity. 8.b P20-007 America Walks - Becker Road MPUD - Master 2020-299 Planned Unit Development Location: The property is bordered by Interstate 95 to the east, Becker Road to the north, the C-23 Canal to the south, and a 170- foot wide FPL easement to the west. Legal Description: A portion of Parcel 29, Southern Grove Plat No. 3. This is a request to rezone approximately 119 acres of property from St. Lucie County Agricultural 5 (AG-5) - One Dwelling Unit per 5 acres to Master Planned Unit (MPUD).
