City initiated zoning text amendment to Section 158.110, Section
158.120, Section 158.122, Section 158.124, Section 158.125, Section
158.126, Section 158.135 and Section 158.136 of the Zoning Code. The
proposed amendment will provide consistency in the sections regarding
setbacks for the non-residential zoning districts.

Plan Amendment/Small Scale
Location: The property is located at the southwest corner of SE Village
Green Drive and SE Niemeyer Circle. The address is 1500 SE Village
Green Drive.

8.a P19-235 Verano Master Sign Program - Fourth Amendment 2020-313
This is a request from Cotleur & Hearing, Inc. to amend the
Master Sign Program for Verano Development. This
amendment addresses the proposed temporary marketing
signage that is to be located along Crosstown Parkway and
Village Boulevard and updates the general requirements of
the Master Sign Program for clarity.
8.b P20-007 America Walks - Becker Road MPUD - Master 2020-299
Planned Unit Development
Location: The property is bordered by Interstate 95 to the east, Becker
Road to the north, the C-23 Canal to the south, and a 170- foot wide FPL
easement to the west.
Legal Description: A portion of Parcel 29, Southern Grove Plat No. 3.
This is a request to rezone approximately 119 acres of property from St.
Lucie County Agricultural 5 (AG-5) - One Dwelling Unit per 5 acres to
Master Planned Unit (MPUD). The proposed MPUD will allow for 573
residential dwelling units; a 150 bed assisted living facility; and 408,000
square feet of mixed use development.

This is a request to change the zoning of a 1.96-acre parcel from
Industrial (IN) to Service Commercial (CS).

Location: The property is located on the south side of Port St. Lucie

repair and maintenance of vehicles use in the General Commercial (CG)
