Public Hearing - Quasi-Judicial Page 1 of 3 Planning and Zoning Board Meeting Agenda May 5, 2020 8.a P20-052 Riverland/Kennedy DRI Parcel ‘A’ - MPUD 2020-345 Amendment No. 2 and Rezoning Location: The property is located south of the Discover Way (E/W) right-of-way and west of Community Boulevard. Legal Description: Sections 17 and 20, Township 37 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, FL. This is a request to amend an existing Master Planned Unit Development (MPUD) and to rezone 0.968 of acres from the St. Lucie County AG-5 zoning designation to (MPUD). The amendment and rezoning will provide for a slightly larger recreation parcel to be developed in the southwest corner of the development. The residential area is proposed to be increased from 398.679 acres to 400.170 acres (includes the enlarged recreation area) and the Paseo/Multi-modal pathway is proposed to be reduced from 14.358 acres to 13.835 acres. The number of residential units is also proposed to be reduced from 1,100 to 1,087. 9.
