Legal Description: The Lakes at St. Lucie West Plats #23 and #31. This is a request for: 1) A variance to allow one Type B (medium size) palm tree to be substituted for one Type A (medium to large) size shade tree in the parking lot landscape islands. 2) A variance to allow 100% of the trees located in the parking lot landscape islands to be palm trees. This is a request to grant a variance of 2.42 feet to allow a 2.58 foot setback from the rear property line for a proposed pool.
