BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY Regular Meeting JUNE 14, 2022 10:30 AM Pledge of Allegiance. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Lynch at 10:32 A.M. Members Present: Mayor Lynch, Joetta Collins, Jamie Lewis, and Scott Williams. Also, present was Clerk-Treasurer Nina Rivas and Attorney Dan Whitten. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING: Member Collins made a motion to approve the May 24, 2022 minutes; Member Lewis seconded the motion. Mayor Lynch requested input from the Board. Motion passed. 4 yes – 0 nays UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None. NEW BUSINESS: Special Event Requests Park Department requests were removed from agenda. Castle Subaru – Pet Adoption & 5K Member Lewis made a motion to approve the Special Event Request contingent upon Park Board approval and coordination of the event with PPD; Member Williams seconded the motion. Mayor Lynch requested input from the Board.
