Pledge of Allegiance.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Lynch at 10:30 A.M.
Members Present: Mayor Lynch, Joetta Collins, Jamie Lewis, Stephanie Young-Johnson, and Scott
Williams. Also, present was Michelle Walbright and Attorney Dan Whitten.
MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING:
Member Williams made a motion to approve the January 10th minutes after correcting Sam Piper to read
Sand Piper and also the minutes from January 24th; Member Lewis seconded the motion. Mayor Lynch
requested input from the board. Motion passed.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
2023 Pet Shop Licenses:
Member Williams made a motion to approve the renewal; Member Collins seconded the motion. Mayor
Lynch requested input from the Board. Motion passed.

Special Event Request-
Ready to Live- 7/15/23 & 7/16/23.
Member Williams made a motion to approve, pending approval by Park Board and contract being reviewed
by Attorney Whitten; Member Collins seconded the motion. Mayor Lynch requested input from the board.

Member Collins made a motion to approve the event only, fees must be waived by Park Board; Member

Member Williams made a motion to approve; Member Lewis seconded the motion. Mayor Lynch requested

Member Lewis made a motion to approve contingent upon availability of funds; Member Young-Johnson
seconded the motion. Mayor Lynch requested input from the board. Motion passed.

Permission to seek quotes to add left turning lights on Lute and Willowcreek:
Member Williams made a motion to approve; Member Lewis seconded the motion. Mayor Lynch requested

Member Lewis made a motion to reverse the bulk charge as it was billed for cardboard boxes; Member
Collins seconded the motion. Mayor Lynch requested input from the board. Motion passed.

Member Lewis made a motion to approve the claims in the amount of $1,246,269.53; Member Collins
seconded the motion. Mayor Lynch requested input from the board. Motion passed.

Member Lewis made a motion to approve eleven (11) MI Claims; Member Collins seconded the motion.
Mayor Lynch requested input from the Board. Motion passed.

Chief Candiano requested approval for an amended quote of $24,772.70 for Dell docking stations due to
the previous quote expiring. Member Lewis made a motion to approve; Member Young-Johnson seconded
the motion. Mayor Lynch requested input from the board. Motion passed.

AJ Monroe requested approval to seek quotes for an appraisal for a traffic signal at Airport and Lute.
Member Collins made a motion to approve; Member Lewis seconded the motion. Motion Passed

Lewis seconded the motion. Mayor Lynch requested input from the board. Motion passed.
