Call to Order; Pledges of Allegiance 2. Roll Call 3. Citizen Comments - Citizens wishing to address the City Council must sign-in prior to the beginning of the meeting. Three (3) minutes are allowed per speaker on any item related to the City, including items listed on the agenda. Please note: The Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits council members from responding to the speaker regarding items not listed on the agenda. 4. Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting, August 9th, 2022 5. City Administrator/City Secretary Update. 6. Financial Report, August 2022. 7. Discuss and take action if necessary regarding County Road 279 ditches. 8. Discuss and review legal opinion regarding Post Oak Bend Extra-Territorial Jurisdiction. 9. Council requests for the November Agenda. 10. Adjourn This meeting will be conducted pursuant to the Texas Government Code Section 551.001 et seq.
