Discuss and take action if necessary regarding the per purchase expenditure limit for the City Administrator that does not require prior approval by the City Council. 11. Discuss and take action if necessary regarding replacement of the City of Post Oak Bend cell phone. 12. Discuss and take action if necessary regarding the installation of a flag pole at City Hall. 13. Council requests for the December Agenda. 14. Adjourn to Executive Session 15.
