Call to Order: Pledges of Allegiance 2. Roll Call 3. Citizen Comments - Citizens wishing to address the City Council must sign-in prior to the beginning of the meeting. Three minutes are allowed per speaker on any item related to the City, including items listed on the agenda. Please note: The Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits council members from responding to the speaker regarding items not listed on the agenda. 4. Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting November 14, 2022 5. City Administrator/City Secretary Update. 6. Financial Report, November 2022. 7. Financial Report, December 2022. 8. Consider and take action on the Letter of Resignation from Councilman Ronnie Sherrard. 9. Consider and take action if necessary on appointing a resident of Post Oak Bend to the remainder of the term of the vacant position on the City of Post Oak Bend City Council. 10. Discuss and take action if necessary regarding the request by David Blaylock for a 60 day extension of the Building Permit # 2022-NR-215 for construction at 5903 Kings Creek. *Note: A shortage in construction materials has created the delay. 11. Discuss and take action if necessary regarding the 2023 Interlocal Agreement between the City of Post Oak Bend and Kaufman County regarding Mowing and Road Repairs as cited in the agreement within the City Limits of the City of Post Oak Bend. 12. Discuss and take action if necessary on the approval of expenditures to fulfill the required escrow payment of $7,500.00 for the [INITIAL PATCHWORK PROJECT 2023] as cited in the Separate Written Approval of Interlocal Cooperation Contract. 13. Discuss and take action if necessary on the approval of expenditures to fulfill the required escrow payment of $2475.00 for the [Mowing Municipal Roadways with the Exact Project Location to include Co Rd 277, 278, 279, 280. & 281] as cited in the Separate Written Approval of Interlocal Cooperation Contract. 14. Discuss and take action if necessary regarding cleaning of County Road 279 ditches. 15. Discuss and take action if necessary regarding an update of the City of Post Oak Bend Junk Vehicle Ordinance and Parking on Residential Property Ordinance. 16. Council requests for the February Agenda. 17. Adjourn This meeting will be conducted pursuant to the Texas Government Code Section 551.001 et seq.
