Call to Order; Pledges of Allegiance 2. Roll Call 3. Citizen Comments - Citizens wishing to address the City Council must sign-in prior to the beginning of the meeting. Three (3) minutes are allowed per speaker on any item related to the City, including items listed on the agenda. Please note: The Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits council members from responding to the speaker regarding items not listed on the agenda. 4. Approval of Minutes • Regular Meeting, January 10, 2023 5. City Administrator Report 6. Financial Report, January 2023 7. Discuss and take action as necessary, consenting to a Pre-Fabricated Building being moved onto the resident’s property located at 1656 Oak Bend. *Note – a permit is not required, though Ordinance 22, Section 21 requires council approval. 8. Discuss and take action as necessary, as the council interviews citizen candidates: Kara Johnson, Greg Howell, and Joey Wages, for consideration of appointment to fill the remainder of a current Vacant Council Member Term that expires May 2023. 9. Discuss and take action if necessary, regarding cleaning of County Road 279 Ditches 10. Discuss and take action if necessary, regarding the “Junk Vehicle” Ordinance. 11. Discuss and take action if necessary, regarding a MOU between the City of Post Oak Bend and New Hope Southern Baptist Church in reference to parking. 1  12. Council requests for March agenda. 13. Adjourn This meeting will be conducted pursuant to the Texas Government Code Section 551.001 et seq. At any time during the meeting, the Council reserves the right to adjourn into executive session on any of the above posted agenda items in accordance with the sections 551.071 [litigation and certain consultation with attorney], 551.072 [acquisition of interest in real property], 551.073 [contract for gift to City], 551.074 [certain personnel deliberations] or 551.076 [deployment/implementation of security personnel or devices].
