Discuss and consider Ordinance 040924, an Ordinance of the City of Post Oak Bend, Texas, repealing and replacing Ordnance No.12, regulating Junk Vehicles as provided herein; declaring Junked Vehicles a Public Nuisance; providing for Abatement of Nuisance; providing for a penalty of a fine. 10. Discuss and consider Ordinance No, 040924A, an Ordinance of the City of Post Oak Bend. Texas, adopting Outdoor Burning Regulations; providing for the incorporation of premises; providing for a penalty of a fine. 11. Discuss and consider various road repairs in the City including Culvert replacement. 12. Discuss celebrating the City of post Oak Bend 45th Anniversary. 13.
