Mayor Parker issues the Certificate of Election to Incumbent Council Members Chris Cox, Alison Novak and Tom Rogers. Mayor Parker also administers the Statement of Elected Official and Oath of Office to each incumbent. 9. Discuss and consider Ordinance 051424, an Ordinance of the City of Post Oak Bend, Texas, repealing and replacing Ordnance No.12, regulating Junk Vehicles as provided herein; declaring Junked Vehicles a Public Nuisance; providing for Abatement of Nuisance; providing for a penalty of a fine. 10. Discuss and consider Ordinance No, 051424A, an Ordinance of the City of Post Oak Bend. Texas, adopting Outdoor Burning Regulations; providing for the incorporation of premises; providing for a penalty of a fine. 11. Discuss and consider estimates for ditch cleanup, culvert replacement and other road improvements. 12. Discuss celebrating the City of post Oak Bend 45th Anniversary. 13. Discuss and consider Agenda Items for the next Council meeting. 14. Discuss and consider adding rock to Angelina Drive. 15.
