Call to Order, Invocation, & Pledges of Allegiance 2. Roll Call 3. Citizen Comments - Citizens wishing to address the City Council are requested to sign-in prior to the beginning of the meeting. Three (3) minutes are allowed per speaker on any item related to the City, including items listed on the agenda. Please note: The Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits council members from responding to the speaker regarding items not listed on the agenda. 4. Discuss and consider Ordinance 061124, an Ordinance of the City of Post Oak Bend. Texas altering the Prima Facie speed limits established for vehicles under the provisions of the transportation Code, Section 545.356 upon Farm Market Road 987, Country Bend Drive to County Road 283 (School Zone for Country Bible School) or parts thereof, within the City of Post Oak Bendas set out in this Ordinance, providing a penalty of a fine not to exceed $200.00 for the violation of this Ordinance, 9. Discuss and consider a proposal from Kaufman County Precinct one to repair the necessary maintenance on CR 277.  -For the roadway, the price is $17,434.00. -To clean the ditches, the price is $300.00. 10. Discuss and consider adding rock to Meadow Oak Lane and Timber Creek Drive. 11. Discuss and consider a road improvement plan indicating future road projects. 12. Update on Open Infra, LLC. 13. Discussion on 45th Anniversary Celebration for the City of Pos Oak Bend. 14. Discuss and consider Agenda Items for the next Council meeting. 15. Adjourn.
