Motion by Mayor Kring to amend the agenda to include “E” Addressing how to handle Rental Fees and applications for Special Events. Supported by Member Nichols. Vote: Ayes: 7. Nays: 0. Approval of Bills: Motion by Member Smalley to approve payment of General Bills in the amount of $59,610.96. Supported by Deputy Mayor Lenneman. Introduction of a Grass Clipping Ordinance: Motion made by Member Rogers to direct the Planning Commission and Zoning Administrator to offer some options on how to best handle the grass clippings in the road with an ordinance. Supported by Member Smalley. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Mayor Kring, Deputy Mayor Lenneman, Member Nichols, Member Potter, Member Pulda, Member Rogers and Member Smalley Nays: None. Motion Carried (7-0). Addressing How to Handle Rental Fees and Applications for Special Events: With much discussion of the process and who needs a special event permit, there was a motion made by Member Pulda to table the discussion to September 2, 2021 when they could have more information to be able to take action if needed. Supported by Member Rogers. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Mayor Kring, Deputy Mayor Lenneman, Member Nichols, Member Potter, Member Pulda, Member Rogers and Member Smalley Nays: None. Motion Carried (7-0).
