Planning and Zoning Agenda Notice is hereby given of a Meeting of the City of Prairie View Planning and Zoning Commission to be held on Friday August 31, 2018, at 6:00 P.M. at the Prairie View City Hall, City Council Chamber, 44500 U.S. Business Highway 290, Prairie View, Texas 77446, for considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. The Planning and Zoning Commission reserves the right to meet in closed session on any agenda item should the need arise and if applicable, pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. Discuss, consider, and take action to review the detailed results of accomplishments for updating the city’s zoning map. 8. Discuss, consider, and take action to review additional tasks generated during the execution of original Scope of Work for updating the city’s zoning map. 9. Discuss, consider, and take action to review how to obtain applications for new Commissioners. 10. Discuss, consider, and take action to establish and set Date and Time for the Planning and Zoning Commission’s meeting monthly. 11. Discuss, consider, and take action to determine requirements for revising Comprehensive Plan 12.
