Texas will conduct a telephonic meeting in order to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called “social distancing”) to slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Discuss, consider and take action to award RFQ for Engineering Services provider for the 2021-2022 Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) Community Development Fund application and project implementation, administered by the Texas Department of Agriculture. 2. Discuss, consider and take action to award RFQ for Engineering Services provider for the 2021 Texas Capital Fund Downtown Revitalization/ Main Street Fund Project of Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) Program for application and project implementation, administered by the Texas Department of Agriculture.
