CITY OF PRESCOTT, WISCONSIN PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES FOR OCTOBER 16, 2018 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the Personnel Committee was held October 16, 2018, 800 Borner St., Prescott, WI 54021. Call to order/Roll Call: Alderperson Maureen Otwell called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Members present were Rob Daugherty and Dar Hintz. City Administrator Jayne Brand represented staff. Otwell/Hintz motion to approve the job descriptions for Street and Parks Superintendent & Water and Sewer Superintendent passed without a negative voice vote. Hintz/Daugherty motion to go into closed session per Wisconsin Stats. 19.85 (1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body had jurisdiction or exercises responsibility – Administrative Assistant for Police Department wages and Administrative staff wages during interim period for Finance Director responsibilities Daugherty/Hintz motion to come out of closed session passed without a negative voice vote.
