ADJOURNMENT Page 1 of 11  CITY OF PROSSER WASHINGTON 601 7TH STREET CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS BUDGET AND FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING TUESDAY, APRIL 7, 2020 Call to Order Council Member Becken called the meeting of the City of Prosser Budget and Finance Committee to order at 6:32 p.m. Roll Call Council Member Edwards, Council Member Siemens, Finance Director Yost were present. Minutes A motion was made by Council Member Edwards, seconded by Council Member Siemens to approve the March 24, 2020 meeting minutes. Motion carried unanimously. Accounts Payable The Committee reviewed and discussed the claim checks prepared for City Council approval. Questions included: - Lock for front door of police department - American Tree Trimmers - which trees were trimmed - Murphey Bros - removal of oversized tree Payroll The Committee reviewed and discussed the payroll checks for the month of March, 2020. Other Items Council Member Becken reminded the other committee members that the meeting regularly scheduled meeting for April 14, had been cancelled and the next meeting is scheduled for April 28th.
