ADJOURNMENT Page 1 of 11  CITY OF PROSSER WASHINGTON 1002 DUDLEY AVENUE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS BUDGET AND FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 2022 Call to Order Council Member Becken called the meeting of the City of Prosser Budget and Finance Committee to order at 6:30 p.m. Roll Call Council Member Everett, Council Member Groom, Finance Director Yost, and City Administrator Glover were present. Minutes A motion was made by Council Member Everett, seconded by Council Member Groom to approve the August 23, 2022 meeting minutes. Motion carried unanimously. Accounts Payable The Committee reviewed and discussed the claim checks prepared for City Council approval. Questions included: - Payment for DenHoed Property Purchase - Fee for Community Center Rental - Recreation Refunds (various reasons) - Switch purchased for Pool Cameras - Gutters installed at Bella Vista Pump House - EFS hydrant refund - High Dessert Glass - Plexiglass for Park Project Sign - Carpet cleaning schedule - Asphalt for general patching - Building truck repairs to be billed to contractor - Replacement speaker at PAC Payroll The Committee reviewed and discussed the payroll checks for August, 2022. Other Items Finance Director Yost provided updates on the following Finance Department projects: - Inventory Update underway - Police fire replacement purchase complete - 3 on 3 event summary Finance Director Yost also inquired regarding the current meeting location and if the committee was comfortable meeting in the Council Chambers given the increasing number of interruptions. The committee decided to continue meeting in the Chambers.
