Higher expenses now. 3. Planning Items Dudley & Associates requests a Zone Map Amendment for a new 3-story office building located at 4925 N Edgewood Drive in the Riverbottoms Neighborhood. Concerns were raised regarding adequate parking and impact on nearby condos. The applicant was asked to consult with city staff to help them draft a development agreement or a conservation easement that would protect the current river trail and access to it by the public. Neighborhood District 1 Social – Monday, September 11th 6:30-7:30 PM at Riverview Park (4620 N 300 W, Provo) Various City departments will have representatives in attendance. Root beer floats will be served (possibly by City Council candidates?) B. Community clean-up ideas (list for BYU’s YServe committee) Lover's Lane suggested as possible clean-up location C. Matching Grant ideas Matching grant project from last fiscal year has been completed, invoice needed. Matching grant ideas, new fiscal year: An individual suggested funds be used to address roadway issues, kids biking to school. 5. Adjournment
