Meeting conducted by (name and title): Beth Hedengren, chair
Number in attendance: 25 people signed in and 6 people were on Zoom
Total: an estimated 31 people were in attendance.
District 4 Board Members in attendance: Mel Smith, Mindy Jeppesen, Beth Hedengren,
Aaron Skabelund, Leah Duncan.
Agenda Items:
Carterville Road traffic study: Vern Keesler, transportation engineer, looked at crash data,
particularly striking was parked cars are getting hit. Installed three new speed limit signs,
working on adding two lights. Comment from residents who live on the street: stop signs? Not
an option.
1450 N 300 W traffic study: one crash but report of car mirrors getting hit. Contacted property
owner to prevent truck delivery traffic.
Code enforcement: Robert Allen, code enforcement, talked about a sober living home in the
Grandview South Neighborhood, which is permitted; asked neighbors to report any problem.
Multiple comments from neighbors: concerned about registration, over-occupancy, etc.
