March 12, 2026 Meeting Minutes A motion to dispense with the reading of the March 12, 2026, meeting minutes and approve them as submitted. Moved by: Ann Parks; seconded by: Jim Hatley Yea: Jim Hatley, John Jorgensen, Bill Whitman, and Ann Parks Motion Carries 4-0 There was a discussion about the bill submitted for Pullman Family Eyecare, in which the member requested reimbursement of $760.00. Following board policy, which states that the total allowance allocated to each member is $600 annually, the bill was amended and approved for the allowable amount of $600.00. A motion to approve the request for payment of fire and police medical, prescription, and optical services. Police #5 $ 13,590.00 #5 $ 43.36 Fire #16 $ 5,535.00 #16 $ 860.00 #3 $ 600.00 TOTAL $ 20,674.94 Moved by: Ann Parks; seconded by: Bill Whitman Yea: Jim Hatley, John Jorgensen, Bill Whitman, and Ann Parks Motion Carries 4-0 C.
