The meeting was called to order at 9:30 a.m. A. Roll Call B. Regular Agenda Commissioner Pitzer opened the public hearing to receive comments at 9:32 a.m. There were no comments. Commissioner Pitzer closed the public hearing at 9:33 a.m. As amended, a motion to approve the April 24, 2024, Salary Commission Minutes. Motion passes. Minutes approved. A motion to set the mayor and city council salaries for 2025 and 2026 at the existing rate. Commissioner Rembert moved. Commissioner Munch-Rotolo seconded the motion. The motion carries. D. Adjournment A motion to adjourn the meeting of the Salary Commission for Elected Officials. Motion by Rob Rembert, second by Rick Grunewald. Final Resolution: Motion Carries Yea: Joe Pitzer, Rob Rembert, Karen Sires, Rick Grunewald, Allison Munch-Rotolo. The Salary Commission has passed the salaries for Elected Officials for the 2025-2026 budget year and has completed its job. The minutes were approved. ▪ Allison Munch-Rotolo opened the public meeting. Seeing no one present from the public to offer public comment, she closed the public meeting. ▪ Hans Schmidt moved to keep the mayor’s and the councilmembers’ salaries flat over the next two-year cycle; Stephen Heston seconded.
