BOROUGH OF QUARRYVILLE – COUNCIL MINUTES WORK SESSION – AUGUST 8, 2022 Borough Council held a Work Session on the above date at 7:00 PM at the Municipal Building. Council President Joy Kemper called the meeting to order with the following persons present: Council Members Susan Noel, Cheryl Bowman, and Diane Hastings. Borough Manager Scott Peiffer and Mayor Anthony Cavallaro were also in attendance. Councilmembers Kreider, Hassel and Braightmeyer were absent. PUBLIC COMMENT: None OLD BUSINESS: None NEW BUSINESS: Resolution 2022-09 - Match Commitment to Lancaster County ARPA Fund Request for Rail Trail Connector Project – After a brief discussion, a motion to approve Resolution 2022-09 was made by Councilwoman Hastings and seconded by Councilwoman Noel. The motion passed unanimously. ADJOURNMENT: At 7:34 PM, Council President Kemper called for a motion to adjourn. Councilwoman Noel offered that motion with Councilwoman Hastings seconding.
