Radford City Electoral Board meeting Monday February 24, 2020 Chairman Wohlford called meeting to order at 10:00 Roll call: Mannon, yes Turk, yes, Wohlford, yes A quorum is established, also in attendance, Tracy Howard, Director of Elections. Minutes: February 4th, 2020 meeting Ms. Turk moved the minutes as presented Mr. Wohlford, 2nd Mr. Mannon yes Public comment: None Old business: Discussion of officer of Election appointments for March 3rd, 2020. Director asked to follow up with unresponsive officers, as of today several officers still needed. Chief officers assigned to precinct polling places. Security Standards; Director reports that an April 15 date of variance granted for security update with local IT. General assembly brief, and No Excuse Absentee voting preparations. Brief on the Budget. Next meeting, Thursday Feb. 27, 2020 for Officer of Election Training for March 3rd Primary Election. Move to adjourn, Turk, Wohlford 2nd, Mannon yes.
