Special Village Board Meeting

SPECIAL VILLAGE BOARD MEETING Monday, January 6, 2025 6:30pm Minutes 1. Call to order The special meeting of the Reedsville Village Board was called to order on Monday, January 6, 2025, at 6:41 PM by Village President Al Schreiber. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Roll call Present were: Becca Fox, Jennifer Maertz, Dennis Parsley, and Jack Siebert Absent: Terry Hansen and Andy Bubolz Also present were: Mary Jo Krahn 4. Review and Approval of Agenda A motion was made by Fox and seconded by Siebert to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried 4-0. 5. At 6:43 a motion was made by Siebert and seconded by Je Maertz to convene into CLOSED SESSION, pursuant to WI Statute Section 19.85(1)(c) to conduct business which requires a closed session to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Closed session in regards to Clerk/Treasurer disciplinary action. Motion carried 4-0. 6. At 8:05 pm a motion was made by Siebert and seconded by Je Maertz to reconvene into OPEN SESSION. Motion carried 4-0. 7. Discussion held regarding Clerk/Treasurer written warning put into employee file. A motion was made by Fox and seconded by Siebert. Motion carried 4-0. 8. Upcoming Meetings:  The next regular scheduled monthly meeting will be held on Monday, January 13, 2025 at 6:00 PM. 9. Adjournment: A motion was made by Je Maertz and seconded by Siebert to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 4-0. Meeting adjourned at 8:12 PM.
