Closed session is in regards to employee performance evaluation regarding Village Clerk/Treasurer. 12. Reconvene into OPEN SESSION. 13. Convene into CLOSED SESSION, pursuant to WI State Sec 19.85 (1)(e) for deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public properties, the investing of public funds or conducting other specified public business whenever competitive or bargaining reasons requires a closed session. Closed session is in regards to the Fire Department. 14. Reconvene into OPEN SESSION. 15. Convene into CLOSED SESSION, pursuant to WI State Sec 19.85 (1)(f) considering financial, medical, or social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific person which if discussed in public would likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data or involved in such problems or investigations.
