NEWBOLD REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING Date: Thursday, May 29, 2025 Time: 6:00 p.m. Location: Newbold Community Center AGENDA The Town of Newbold Town Board will meet for a Regular Town Board meeting at 6:00 p.m., on Thursday, May 29, 2025, in open session at the Newbold Community Center, 4608 Apperson Drive, Rhinelander, WI 54501, Oneida County, WI. The purposes of the meetings are as follows: (1) Call Town Board Meeting to order. (2) Pledge of allegiance. Verify Agenda Notice to the Public. (3) Approve agenda for meeting with the order of items at the Chairs discretion. (4) Public Comment and Communication Period per Wisconsin Statutes whereby the Town Board may receive input on any matter raised by the public. (5) Approve prior Town Board meeting minutes of May 8, 2025. (6) Monthly Oneida County Board of Supervisors Report by Newbold Representative(s). (7) Monthly District Library Report by Newbold Representative(s). (8) Discussion and action on Oneida County Zoning Requests, Plan Commission and Citizen Zoning Request, if any along with Plan Commission Chairman’s Report. (9) Discussion and action on Town Cemetery. (10) Discussion and action on Landing Road as it relates to parcel at 4762 Landing Road, owner Terry Frost. (11) Discussion on citizen request to consider possible re-zone of parcels along Northwestern Drive and Forest Lane, owned by Scott Roehl. (12) Discussion and action on Liquor License Applications from: Damo & Lex (Woodpecker), Vicky Miller (Millers Club 47), TA Solberg (Tasmania), Karen Ives (KAIG Stand), Woodcrest Holdings (The Pines Event Center), Laura Cortright (Unertl trust), Angry Snapper LLC (Blind Pig), LT Dreamz (Lizzy T’s), Spang’s Italian LLC. (13) Discussion and action on Various Bartender/Operator License Applications. (14) Discussion and action on Kitchen Countertop. (15) Approval and payment of any bills and/or funds adjustments. (16) Administrative review and action, if necessary, concerning general government, public safety, recycling, sanitation, culture, education, job assignments, project updates, transportation, budget items, fund transfers, and future agenda items. (17) Public Comment and Communication Period per Wisconsin Statutes whereby the Town Board may receive input on any matter raised by the public. No action will be taken.
