TOWN OF NEWBOLD PLAN COMMISSION MEETING Time: 5:00 P.M. Date: Thursday, July 3, 2025 Place: NEWBOLD COMMUNITY CENTER AGENDA The Town of Newbold Plan Commission will meet at 5:00 p.m. on July 3, 2025. The meeting will be held at the Newbold Community Center, 4608 Apperson Drive, Rhinelander, Wisconsin, 54501 in Oneida County, WI. The purposes of the meeting is as follows: (1) (5:00 p.m.) Call the meeting to order and verify posting. (2) Review and approve prior Plan Commission meeting minutes. (3) Administrative Review – Discussion and Action on Rezone Petition #04-2025 by Scott and Tammy Roehl, owner, to rezone from District #04 Residential and Farming to District #02 Single Family Residential for property described as Lots 8, 9, and 10, CSM 3585, being part of the SE ¼ of the SE ¼, Section 22, T37N, R8E, Pin’s NE-229-6, NE-229-7, and NE-229-8, Town of Newbold. (4) Preliminary two (2) lot land division – Discussion and Action for Preliminary two (2) lot Certified Survey Map of lands owned by Journey’s End Properties LLC, submitted by Vreeland Associates Inc., Timothy Vreeland, surveyor for the property further described as: Part of the fractional NE ¼, Section 3, T39N, R8E, PIN NE- 951-1, Town of Newbold. (5) Discussion and Action on Oneida County Ordinance Amendment #06-2025 to amend Chapter 9, Article 5, Section 9.58 Tourist Rooming House of the Oneida County Zoning and Shoreland Protection Ordinance. (6) Chairman’s Report. (7) Public Comment and Communication Period per Wisconsin Statutes whereby the Plan Commission may receive input on any matter raised by the public. No action will be taken. (8) Administrative Review. (9) Adjournment.
