NEWBOLD REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING Date: Thursday, July 31, 2025 Time: 6:00 p.m. Location: Newbold Community Center AGENDA The Town of Newbold Town Board will meet for a Regular Town Board meeting at 6:00 p.m., on Thursday, July 31, 2025, in open session at the Newbold Community Center, 4608 Apperson Drive, Rhinelander, WI 54501, Oneida County, WI. The purposes of the meetings are as follows: (1) Call Town Board Meeting to order. (2) Pledge of allegiance. Verify Agenda Notice to the Public. (3) Approve agenda for meeting with the order of items at the Chairs discretion. (4) Public Comment and Communication Period per Wisconsin Statutes whereby the Town Board may receive input on any matter raised by the public. (5) Approve prior Town Board meeting minutes of July 10, 2025. (6) Monthly Oneida County Board of Supervisors Report by Newbold Representative(s). (7) Monthly District Library Report by Newbold Representative(s). (8) Monthly Town Public Works Department Report by Public Works Director. (9) Monthly Town Volunteer Fire Department Report by Chief Fetzer. (10) Discussion and action on Temporary (Picnic) Alcohol Beverage License for VFW Post 3143. (11) Discussion and action on Class B Beer & Liquor License Application of McNaughton Pub & Grill, Agent & Owner, Michael Osterdal. (12) Discussion and action on Bartender Operators License Applications. (13) Discussion and action on Oneida County Zoning Requests, Plan Commission and Citizen Zoning Request, if any along with Plan Commission Chairman’s Report. (14) Discussion and action on Fredericks Flowage. (15) Discussion and possible action on a Proposed Town Ordinance to create a Utility Permit Policy. (16) Discussion and action on 2006 Truck Repairs. (17) Approval and payment of any bills and/or funds adjustments. (18) Administrative review and action, if necessary, concerning general government, public safety, recycling, sanitation, culture, education, job assignments, project updates, transportation, budget items, fund transfers, and future agenda items.  (19) Public Comment and Communication Period per Wisconsin Statutes whereby the Town Board may receive input on any matter raised by the public. No action will be taken. (20) Adjournment.
