TOWN OF NEWBOLD PLAN COMMISSION MEETING Time: 5:00 P.M. Date: Thursday, August 7, 2025 Place: NEWBOLD COMMUNITY CENTER AGENDA The Town of Newbold Plan Commission will meet at 5:00 p.m. on August 7, 2025. The meeting will be held at the Newbold Community Center, 4608 Apperson Drive, Rhinelander, Wisconsin, 54501 in Oneida County, WI. The purposes of the meetings are as follows: (1) (5:00 p.m.) Call the meeting to order and verify posting. (2) Review and approve prior Plan Commission meeting minutes. (3) Town Initial Tourist Rooming House Permit – Discussion and Action Tourist Rooming House Permit application by Scott Roehl, applicant and owner, to rent dwelling as Tourist Rooming House for less than 30 consecutive days on the following described property: Lot 1, CSM 5364 being part of the NW-SE, Section 22, T37N, R8E, 6155 Twin Oaks Drive, PIN NE-227-6, Town of Newbold. (4) Preliminary two (2) lot Certified Survey – Discussion and Possible Action on preliminary two (2) lot Certified Survey Map of lands owned by Todd Frehse, submitted by North Coast Surveying, Chuck Oleinik, surveyor for the property further described as; Part of Government Lot 5, Section 29, T37N, R8E, PIN NE 300-1, 4225 Vets Memorial Drive, Town of Newbold. (5) Chairman’s Report. (6) Public Comment and Communication Period per Wisconsin Statutes whereby the Plan Commission may receive input on any matter raised by the public. No action will be taken. (7) Administrative Review. (8) Adjournment.
