(1) Resolution No. 7709 approving Specific Plan Amendment No.
2020-0003, which is a request to change the zoning designation of 7.00
gross acres (6.94 net acres) of land from Corporate Center (CC) within the
Renaissance Specific Plan to Business Center (BC) within the
Renaissance Specific Plan, (2) Resolution No. 7710 approving
Tentative Parcel Map No. 2020-0006 (TPM 20241), which is a request
to allow the consolidation of four (4) parcels of land into one (1) 6.94 net
acre parcel of land, (3) Resolution No. 7711 approving Conditional
Development Permit No. 2020-0011, which is a request to allow the
development and operation of a 135,408 square foot industrial storage
warehouse/distribution center building on 7.00 gross acres (6.94 net
acres) of land, (4) Resolution No. 7712 approving Precise Plan of
Design No. 2020-0015, which is a request to allow the development of a
135,408 square foot industrial storage warehouse/distribution center
building on 7.00 gross acres (6.94 net acres) of land, and (5) Resolution
No. 7713 approving an Addendum to the June 2016 Renaissance
Specific Plan Amendment Subsequent Environmental Impact Report
(Environmental Assessment Review No. 2020-0015) prepared for the
project, in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act
(CEQA). The project site is located at the northeast corner of Renaissance
Parkway and Laurel Avenue.
