advance of the meeting. All writings that relate to an agenda item for an open session of a regular meeting of the City

sooner than 72 hours before a regular meeting, for public inspection in the Office of the City Clerk located at 290 West
Rialto Avenue, Rialto, California (909-820-2519) from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays, and on the City’s
website at www.yourrialtoca.com Any person having a question concerning any agenda item may call the City Clerk’s
office to make inquiry concerning the nature of the item described on the agenda.
Based upon the open meeting laws (the Brown Act), additional items may be added to the agenda and acted upon by the
City Council only if it is considered to be a “subsequent need” or “emergency” item and is added by a two-thirds vote.

California Law Enforcement Telecommunications Systems (CLETS)
Maintenance and Support Services for FY 2021/22 and Authorize the City
Manager to Approve an Annual Purchase Order for this Vendor for CLETS
Services for Three Years through FY 2024/2025.
E.3 21-0283 Request City Council approve the Side Letter Agreement to the
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) associated with the Rialto
Professional Firefighters of California Association - Local 3688, to
specifically account for the cost sharing formula as agreed amongst the
named unit/group and its PEPRA employees.
E.4 21-0345 Request City Council Receive and File Treasurer’s Monthly Report for the
month ended April 30, 2021.
E.5 21-0370 Request City Council to 1) Approve a First Amendment to the Exclusive
Right to Negotiate Agreement with NewMark Merrill Companies, LLC for
the Development of Approximately 15.5 Acres of Property Located West of
Riverside Avenue and North of Valley Boulevard and 2) Authorize the City
Manager or their designee to enter into consulting services agreements as
needed to carry out due diligence tasks identified in this First Amendment.

Amendment to the Affordable Housing Disposition and Development
Agreement with the Rialto Metrolink South Housing Partner LP for the
55-unit Metrolink South affordable housing project. The project site is
located on the north side of Bonnie View Avenue west of Riverside Avenue
(APN’s 0131-021-40 & 42).

Agreement between the City of Rialto and San Bernardino County,
Division of Solid Waste, Extending the Term from June 30, 2021 to June
