with the Presidential Election to be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.

Cooperative Agreement with San Bernardino County for the
I-10/Riverside Avenue Interchange Phase 2 Project; and 2) Authorize

Municipal Solid Waste Collection, Recycling, Organics, and Disposal
Rates for Fiscal Year 2024/2025.

Professional Services with Social Work Action Group; 2) Approve a
Purchase Order for $711,900 for Fiscal Year 2024/2025 3) Authorize the

Memorandum of Understanding Establishing Compensation and

Benefit Association- Police General Bargaining Unit; and
Adopt Resolution No. 8245, Updating the Citywide Classification and
Compensation Plan for Full-time and Part-time Employees; to Amend
the Salaries for those Classifications Represented by the Rialto Police
Benefit Association -Police General Bargaining Unit; and
Approve Resolution No. 8246, Amending the 2023-24 Fiscal Year
Budget for a Budget Appropriation of $976,612.

Following the Incident on May 11, 2024, at Fire Station 201; 2) Approve
Emergency Remediation of Fire Station 201 and the Procurement of
Temporary Housing Needs for Fire/EMS Operations; 3) Rescind the
Emergency Proclamation; 4) Delegate Authority to the City Manager to
Process All Reimbursable Expenses Related to the Fire Station 201
Reconstruction Pursuant to Insurance Claim Proceed; and 5) Authorize
the City Manager or their Designee to Execute All Related Documents.

TAB5 24-1481 Request that the City Council and Rialto Utility Authority Board: 1) Adopt
Resolution No. 8247 and RUA Resolution No. 08-35 amending the
2023-2024 fiscal year budget; 2) Approve Proposition 1 Round 2
Integrated Regional Water Management Implementation Grant Funding
Contract between the Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority and the
City of Rialto in the amount of $2,149,748 for the Rialto Habitat Nature
Center Project; and 3) Authorize the City Manager/Executive Director to
execute all documents.
