The project site is located at the northwest corner of Alder Avenue and Walnut Avenue within the Employment (EMP) zone of the Renaissance Specific Plan. A Mitigated Negative Declaration (Environmental Assessment Review No. 16-12) has been prepared for consideration in conjunction with the project.
