Public Hearings Page 1 Printed on 7/7/2023 Planning Commission Regular Meeting - Final July 12, 2023 PC-23-635 Conditional Development Permit No. 2022-0005: A request allow an increase in the floor area of an existing convenience market from 3,046 square feet to approximately 3,669 square feet. Conditional Development Permit No. 2022-0006: A request to allow the development and use of a diesel fuel station consisting of five (5) diesel fuel dispensers for trucks and a 2,394 square foot canopy. Precise Plan of Design No. 2022-0005: A request to allow modifications to an existing vehicle fuel station consisting of the demolition of a 768 square foot overhead canopy, the demolition of three (3) diesel fuel dispensers, the demolition of approximately 235 square feet of a car wash structure, the conversion of approximately 459 square feet of a car wash structure into storage space for an existing convenience market, the construction of an approximately 164 square foot addition to the existing convenience market for storage space, the construction of a new 2,394 square foot overhead canopy, and the installation of five (5) new diesel fuel dispensers.
