Continuance of the Carr property John and Teresa Carr 2878 Burlington Subject Parcel Property Tax Identification Number: 3904-08-315-090 located in the R-1 Low Density Residential Zoning District within Ross Township. The Applicant is appealing the determinations made by the Ross Township Zoning Administrator, by letter date March 30, 2021, that the berms with rows of trees along the property side lines are structures unlawfully located in the lake side setback in violation of Section 17.3 of the Ross Township Zoning Ordinance and must be removed from such area; and further that all fences located on the property not in conformance with Section 18.6 of the Ross Township Zoning Ordinance must be removed.
