Public hearing on the Application for Variance of: Susan and Robert Brown 9 Gull Lake Island Subject Parcel Property Tax Identification Number: 3904-18-280-010 located in the R-1 Low Density Residential Zoning District within Ross Township. The Applicant is requesting a variance from Section 18.4.A5b(4)(c) of the Ross Township Zoning Ordinance for the maximum size of an accessory guest house. The variance is for storm damage renovation of the existing 644 square foot accessory building that will increase the size to 684 square feet. The maximum square footage under the Zoning Ordinances 480 square feet. A second variance is also being requested to reduce the side yard setback for the accessory quest house renovation from the required setback of 10 feet to a setback of 7 feet. B. Public Comment: Comments shall be directed to the Board and limited to 3 minutes per individual.
