Public hearing on the Application for Variance of: Michael & Sara Brundage 1385 W Gull Lake Drive Subject Parcel Property Tax Identification Number: 3904-18-402-280 located in the R-1 Low Density Residential Zoning District within Ross Township. The Applicant is requesting a variance from Section 22.9 of the Ross Township Zoning Ordinance for the lot coverage requirement for non-conforming waterfront lots. The variance is for two additions to the home totaling approximately 404 square feet, creating 23.8% lot coverage where only 21.7% is allowed. B. Public Comment: Comments shall be directed to the Board and limited to 3 minutes per individual.
