Public comments: none Approval of minutes: Motion by Stump to approve May 2021 Minutes; all yes, approved. Memorial/Gifts: On file. June 2021, July 2021, August 2021, and September 2021 Newsletters. Financial Report: Revenue & Expenditure Report: On file. Library Funds Received & Spent: On file. Chairperson report: none Librarian report: On file. Old Business: none New Business: Election of Officers: Motion by Robson to nominate board members to board positions as follows: Kiel, Chair; Stump, Vice-Chair; Steward, Recording Secretary; O’Neill, Corresponding Secretary; Robson, Trustee. All yes, approved. Motion by Stump to elect board members to board positions as stated in nomination motion; all yes, approved. Director’s Evaluation: Board members to fill out director evaluation sheets in preparation for the October 2021 meeting. Member comments: Stump gave updates about the Friends’ upcoming Puzzle Sale and Books & More Sale, and asked for volunteers.
