Kammer Absent: None Call to Order: 5:37 pm by Chairperson S. Kiel Approval of Agenda: Motion by Robson to approve Agenda; all yes, motion passed Public Comments: None Approval of Minutes: Motion by Stump to approve December 2021 minutes; all yes, motion passed Financial Report: Revenue & Expenditure Report: on file Library Funds Received & Spent: on file Memorial/Gifts: January Newsletter Chairperson’s Report: None Librarian’s Report: On file Unfinished Business: None New Business: Behavior Policy Review The Director informed the board of First Amendment audits that have been occurring locally, including in some area libraries. Those performing the audits have the right to record in public spaces such as the library, and staff has been instructed to let them do so, should they ever visit. The library’s existing behavior policy does note that harassment of library patrons or staff will not be tolerated. Public Comments: None Board Comments: Kiel and O’Neill volunteered to meet with the Director prior to the next meeting to look through the budget.
