Public comments: none Approval of minutes: Motion by Kiel to approve March 2023 Minutes; all yes, motion carried. Memorial/Gifts: On file. April 2023 Newsletter. Financial Report: Revenue & Expenditure Report: On file. Library Funds Received & Spent: On file. Chairperson report: none Librarian report: On file. Unfinished Business: Board members decided against purchasing a subscription for Mango Languages at this time, unsure if there was enough of a demand in the community. This can be revisited at any time. New Business: Board members viewed the webinar “Navigating Material Challenges for Library Trustees” webinar from the Michigan Library Association. Member comments: Kiel suggested having an event postcard to hand out to area businesses. Adjournment: Motion made by O’Neill to adjourn at 7:20 p.m.; all yes, approved.
