TAX INCREMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY MINUTES NC May 25, 2022 THE MEETING OF THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY WAS CALLED TO ORDER AT 7:02 P.M., ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 27, 2022, BY VICE-CHAIRMAN REINDEL. THE MEETING WAS HELD VIRTUALLY VIA ZOOM. All yeas Motion passes APPROVAL OF BILLS Motion by LaFore, seconded by Weinert, to approve the Payroll Expense for April 23rd thru May 19th, 2022 in the amount of $5,667.50; All yeas Motion passes Motion by Reindel, seconded by Ball, to approve the Schedule of Bills dated April 23rd thru May 19th, 2022 in the amount of $16,620.39; All yeas Motion passes CORRESPONDENCE Revenue and Expense report for April 2022 City Council Meeting Minutes of April 4, 2022 City Council Meeting Minutes of April 18, 2022 Received and Filed. EDC/Map Project Rich Weinert – website, QR Motion by Reindel, seconded by LaFore, to authorize the approval of the quote from Print All in the amount of $800 toward the purchase of the Retail & Brochure Map, including the set up and printing fee, with the expense charged to the appropriate line item, Equipment Acquisition TIFA Fund.
