Minutes of the City Council Storm Water Workshop The City Council Storm Water Workshop called Meeting of February 22, 2021 BE IT KNOWN THAT, a City Council Storm Water Workshop of City of Richwood was held February 22, 2021, beginning at 6:00 PM PM in the Richwood City Hall, located at 1800 Brazosport Blvd. N, Richwood, Texas 77531. I. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. II. ROLL CALL OF COUNCIL MEMBERS Steve Boykin, Mayor: Present Mike Johnson, Position 1: Present Melissa Strawn, Position 2: Present Matthew Yarborough, Position 3: Present Rory Escalante, Position 4: Present Katie Johnson, Position 5: Present Others in attendance: Eric Foerster, City Manager; Kirsten Garcia, City Secretary; Patricia Ditto, Finance Director; Clif Custer, Public Works Director; III. PUBLIC COMMENTS There was no public comment. IV. STORMWATER MASTER PLAN WORKSHOP Presented by Ryan Tinsley and Mark Shuback with strand Discussion held on drainage from Creekbend Subdivision Discussion held on drainage on the north side of town, Brazos Crossing & Oakwood Shores Council requested Strand take their input and bring back the plan with updates. V. COUNCIL MEMBER COMMENTS & REPORTS Mike Johnson thanked the city for the water distribution that was coordinated and their hard work during the freeze. Melissa Strawn thanked Public Works, Police Department and Fire Department for their hard work. She also requested an after action report for next agenda. Mark Brown II seconded Melissa's comment regarding an after actin report. He expressed thanks to Public Works and City Staff and to the Fire Department for all of their volunteer hours. 1 Matt Yarborough thanked staff, Public Works, Fire Department, and Police Department, adding that it's been a very trying week, and we know you are steadily trying to tackle issues. VI. MAYOR’S REPORT Mayor reported that he echos was other members say, the Fire Department has worked hard and Police Department, too. He added that City staff did well under the circumstances and he has requested more water coming from Coca Cola. VII.
